This is followed by recognizing the red-flag risk assessment in order to inform the client at an early stage. The extensive but readable CapEx assessment included short, medium and long-term advice. All this summarized in an assessment report with photo attachment. Together we review this with the client; which risks are there and what impact do they entail?
